Throughput of Estonian Railway up 0.7% in H1 07, y-o-y

In H1 of 2007, Eesti Raudtee (Estonian Railway) transported 22.29 mln tons of cargoes (+0.7% year-on-year), RZD-Partner reports.
13.36 mln tons of oil and oil products were transported (-1% year-on-year).
Transportation of coal decreased to 3.01 mln tons.
Eesti Raudtee transported 1.18 mln tons of fertilizers (+5.5% year-on-year).
The volume of the transit traffic amounted to 17.54 mln tons (-3.4%). Import amounted to 2.26 mln tons (+18%).
In June, 2.59 mln tons of cargoes were transported (-26%)
According to the IA BNS, the share of Estee Raudtee in transportation totalled to 67%, those ones of Spacecom company and Westgate company were 10.6% and 22.5% respectively.
