Cargo handling at the port of Yeisk up 34% in H1 07, y-o-y

Commercial seaport of Yeisk is located in the South-Eastern part of the Taganrog Bay of the Sea of Azov. The port specializes in transshipment of export and import cargo in the direction of the ports of the Black and Mediterranean Sea Basins. The port accepts service-and-river going vessels with a draft of up to 4.5 meters and displacement of up to 5 thou tonnes. The port’s facilities are capable of handling 3 million tonnes of cargo per year.
