Daewoo Shipbuilding wins record monthly orders in July

Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Co., the world's third-largest shipbuilder, said Tuesday that it has won orders worth US$4 billion in July to build 29 vessels. It is the first time that a local shipbuilder has clinched orders worth $4 billion on a monthly basis, the company said in a statement.
