Magnitogorsk Metal Integrated Works is selling a 42% shareholding in Vladivostok Sea Trade Port (VSTP) to 'Port-Aktiv', which represents interests of the port's management, FIS reports according to RZD-Partner.
The shareholders of 'Port-Aktiv' approved the purchase of 50% of the charter capital of 'M-Port' Ltd. from MMK. 'M-Port' is the owner of 94% of VSTP shares.
