China United Lines to start south China-Vietnam service

China United Lines is planning to launch a new direct South China-Vietnam service (SVG) on August 25.
The Shanghai-based shipping line will deploy a 599-TEU containership called the Far East Cheer on the service.
The SVG will call at the following ports: Shenzhen's Shekou Container Terminal, Chiwan Container Terminal, Hongkong International Terminals, Vietnam's Haiphong and Guangxi's Fangchenggang. The whole voyage will take seven days.
China United Lines provides mainly domestic China and feeder services. It currently operates two feeder lines in Central and North China.
