ЕМСТС to open six logistics centers by the end of 2008

By the end of 2008, Moscow-based corporation ЕМСТС (International Network of Customs Bonded Warehouses) plans to open six A-class logistics centers in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Ekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Volgograd and Kazan, CITI-FM reports. The centers are to be opened within the framework of Smart Logistic Group project. Totalarea of the centers will cover some 180,000 m2. The first center (Moscow) is scheduled to be opened in December. Smart Logistic Group will provide the complete range of logistics services and will link manufacturers and consumers of Russia, Europe, states of South-East Asia and North America.
