Russian Railways (RZHD) intends to place 15% in TransContainer as its sub in favor of EBRD and IFC in 2008, the company informed according to RZD-Partner.
Later it is giong to keep only the working interest equal to 50%+1 stock and place 49%.
In Apr. 2007 BOD decided to place the stocks in 3 stages; the first - in the volume of 10-15%.
At the second IPO covering 25-30% should be launched.
At the third - to sell the stocks of the additional issue and RZHD-held stake on MICEX to drive the share of the latter to 50+1% and to raise the funds for the development and acquision of profile assets.
