Malaysia's MMC signs MOU with MISC Bhd to set up a port joint venture

Malaysian infrastructure and energy group Malaysia Mining Corp Bhd (MMC) has signed a memorandum of understanding with shipping company MISC Bhd to set up a port joint venture, MMC said on Thursday. The joint venture would manage a container terminal at Tanjung Pelepas port in southern Johor state, it added.
