The current Board of Directors of Murmansk transport Hub Management JSC includes Igor Levitin, Dmitri Dmitrienko, Nikolai Yegorov, Vladimir Korelin, Issak Livshits Viktor Morozov, Valeri Reshetnikov, Igor Romashov, Igor Rusu, Victor Steppe and Sergei Frank.
Dmitry Dmitrenko, Governor of the Murmansk region has already been approved a candidate of representatives of the region for the election in 2010, to the MTH”s Board of Directors.
According to the Ministry of Transport of Russia, the stockholders of the Murmansk Transport Hub Management OJSC are Murmansk Commercial Sea Port OJSC that holds a 40% stake, RosNeft OJSC (15%), RZD, Russian Railways (25%), the Government of Murmansk Region (5%) and Federal State Company RosMorPort (15%).
