Russian flagship cruiser headed to training range

The Russian Black Sea Fleet's flagship guided-missile cruiser Moskva departed from Sevastopol on August 25 to the fleet's combat training range to have its radio electronic equipment and communications systems checked, the Russian naval forces' information and public relations office reported according to RBC. It was announced earlier on Monday that the flagship was to depart from Stavropol and head towards the Russian Black Sea port of Novorossiysk.
