Brazil's OSX gets $420 mln loan for ship purchase

OSX Brasil , a start-up shipbuilder controlled by billionaire Eike Batista, said on Thursday it got a $420 million loan from a group of banks led by Norway's DVB Bank.
The loan will be used to help buy and customize the OSX-1 floating drilling ship, the company said in a securities filing.
