The company Quetar Consultants Ltd. has withdrawn from the BGC’s shareholders while Ust-Luga OJS Company, which manages the port development in the Leningrad region, has increased its stake in Baltic General Gargo from 50% to 75%.
Earlier reports said EuroChem had submitted to the Federal Antimonopoly Service a petition to acquire a 100-percent stake in Baltic General Gargo OJSC.
