Changes to the Code of inland waterway transport of Russia (CIWTR) providing for the possibility of sailing of foreign vessels on inland waterways will be submitted for consideration by the Russian government in November 2010, Alexei Klyavin, the Director of Department of state policy in maritime and river transport of Russian Transport Ministry said in an interview with journalists in St. Petersburg.
