COSCO Pacific Chairman resigns

COSCO Pacific announced that Chen Hongsheng resigned as the chairman of the board and a non-executive director of the company and Li Jianhong and SUN Yueying resigned as executive directors of the company with effect from 12 October 2010 due to their work assignment.
More, Xu Lirong, a non-executive director of the company, was appointed as the chairman of the board, Wang Zenghua and Feng Jinhua were appointed as executive directors of the company and Wang Haimin and Gao Ping were appointed as non-executive directors of the company, all with effect from 12 October 2010.
