Ministry of Transport publishes a revised Sochi port mandatory regulations project

Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation published a revised draft order "On Approval of Mandatory Regulations in the sea port of Sochi." The document establishes the rules for ships inbound and outbound at the sea port; rules for navigation of vessels in the waters of the sea port, a description of the area of vessels traffic control systems and rules of navigation in these areas; regulations for ships berthing at the port and the appointed berthing areas; regulations to ensure environmental security, and quarantine compliance at the port, etc.
