Norilsk Nickel is afraid of alleged provocations at the extraordinary shareholders meeting on Oct. 21, 2010. As the Company’s press-service said such provocations might be directed at disrupting the meeting to question its legitimacy.
Earlier reports said there was a conflict of interests between the largest shareholders of MMC Norilsk Nickel - Rusal and Interros triggered by the distribution of seats in the Board of Directors.
