Customs Union Commission in its decision on Sept. 20, 2010 (№ 410) made changes in the Unified Customs Tariff of the Customs Union with regard to specialized harbor facilities, the press service of Rosmorport reports.
In particular, rates of import customs duties in an amount equal to zero, are established on wheeled straddle truck loaders with lifting capacity of 60 tons (FTNG code 8426 12 000 TC 1), rail-mounted gantry cranes (container cranes) of lifting capacity of not more than 80 tons (FTNG code 8426 30 000 1) as well as for mobile wheel-mounted mechanisms with a telescopic boom and a device to grab containers at the top of lifting capacity not exceeding 45 tons.
The decision of the Customs Union’s Commission goes into effect 30 days after its official publication.
