Under the deal, Daewoo Shipbuilding will build a 4,700-ton auxiliary towing salvage vessel by the end of 2013, it said.
In September this year, Daewoo Shipbuilding also won an order to build a submarine for the South Korean navy.
Shares of Daewoo Shipbuilding were trading at 31,000 won on the Seoul bourse as of 9:10 a.m., down 0.16 percent.
