Crude-futures prices up to $83.59 in London, in New York - to $82.18

As of October 28th, IPE Brent crude futures added 36 cents to $83.56 a barrel on the London-based ICE Futures Europe exchange, Light Sweet Crude gained 24 cents to $82.18 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
