MSC to impose BUC in FE-Mediterranean / NE trade

Geneva-based Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) has announced it would apply the Bunker Compensation (BUC) at US$ 900 pet TEU to cargo moved from Asia to West and East Mediterranean, Adriatic, Black Sea, the U.K., North West Continent, Scandinavia / Baltic and North Europe, as of October 1, 2012, the carrier said in a statement.
