OSR drills at offshore terminal of Big Port St. Petersburg (photo release)
The federal Baltic BASU-led exercises for oil spill response were conducted on September 11, 2012 at a temporary offshore terminal P-3, anchorage № 5-A of Big Port St. Petersburg, the Baltic Basin Emergency and Rescue Administration (BASU) said.
The successful drills were conducted by BASU in conjunction with the Authority of Big Port St. Petersburg and Infotek Baltika. The Baltic BASU deployed its salvage vessels, oil boom workboat and the newly-built DSV Vodolaz Litvin for diving operations.
