NCSP Group completes dividend payment for 2011
Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port Group (“NCSP Group” or the “Group”) (LSE: NCSP, MICEX-RTS: NMTP) announces that it has completed payment of its 2011 dividend, the Group press release said.
In accordance with the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 15 June 2012, the total dividend payout for 2011 was set at RUB 452,605,661.90 or RUB 0.0235 per share. Dividends for 2011 were paid in accordance with the Russian legislation.
