Production of residual fuel oil in Russia year-to-date has increased by 4% (1,882,000 t) from a year earlier, to 49.03 million tons, the Russian Ministry of Energy said.
Production of RFO in August 2012 increased by 1.1% (65,400 tons) year-on-year to 5.883 million tons.
