According to IAA PortNews bunker price bulletin, average price for IFO-180 НS at port Vladivostok was $483 per tonne (-$4), MGO price was $824 per tonne (-$6).
MGO price is still high amid the deficit in the region. Maximum price is $830 pmt (RUB 34,500-RUB 35,000 pmt). Foreign currency prices decline with the dollar rate decrease.
The port of Singapore saw a decline of diesel fuel and heavy fuel oil prices (-$13 and -$2 respectively).
