97 civil ships and 39 warships were built in Russia in 2014, IAA PortNews cites Boris Kabakov, acting Director of the Shipbuilding Industry and Marine Equipment Department at the Ministry of Industry and Trade, as saying at the general meeting of Russian Chamber of Shipping. 

According to him, construction of 48 vessels was financed by the federal budget. The list of warship includes two submarines for Vietnam.
