In January-February 2015, port Vyborg handled 156,800 t of cargo (-21%, year-on-year), Baltic Sea Port Authority says.
Transshipment of dry bulk cargo fell by 26% to 105,000 t including 13,500 t of coal (-74%), 85,500 t of mineral fertilizers (-6%). Transshipment of loose cargo dropped by 24% to 32,300 t, general cargo – climbed by 15% to 8,200 t. Liquid bulk cargo was not handled in the reported period (6,900 t in Jan-Feb’14). Transshipment of timber totaled 11,300 (no timber transshipment in the same period of the previous year).
