Hapag-Lloyd hikes rates for East Asia - SAEC trade

Hapag-Lloyd will increase rates effective June 1, 2015 for all cargoes and all container types from East Asia to East Coast of South America, the liner operator said in a press release.:

New rates effective June 1 2015 will be USD 750 per TEU.

Hapag-Lloyd is a leading global liner shipping company. Hapag-Lloyd AG emerged on September 1st, 1970 from the amalgamation of the two shipping companies Hamburg-Amerikanische Packetfahrt-Actien-Gesellschaft (Hapag / Hamburg-American Line) and North German Lloyd (NDL).
