Marine Façade (Saint-Petersburg) welcomed 13 cruise ships and 4 ferries on June 29 - July 5

Between June 29 and July 5 of 2015 Passenger port of Saint Petersburg  received 13cruise and 4 ferry ship calls, which brought 35,685 passengers, the Company’s press center says. The total berth time of all the ships is 27 ship-days, total amount of passenger operations – 101,441. 

Services provided to ships:

Fresh water bunkering – 3,383 m3

Waste-water reception  – 1,662 m3

Garbage collection – 360 m3

In the indicated period 14 helicopters have used the helipad of Passenger port of Saint Petersburg.

On the 1st of July Passenger port of Saint Petersburg had its first full berth occupancy day in 2015 – the Port has received seven ships. The six cruise ships and one ferry have brought 14,568 passengers, which is not only the record amount for this cruise season, but also from the commissioning of Passenger port of Saint Petersburg.

On July 4th, the Caribbean Princess cruise ship has visited Passenger port of Saint Petersburg for the first time. A customary plaque exchange ceremony was held aboard the ship.

Passenger Port of Saint-Petersburg «Marine Façade» PLC is in the ownership of the city of St. Petersburg and is the largest passenger seaport in Russia. Construction of Marine Façade began in 2006. The port can accommodate cruise and ferry ships of up to 330 m long and with a draft of up to 8.8 m. The length and depth of new access channels - 10 km and 11 m, accordingly. The port operates seven piers. The quay-side length – 2,171.06 m.
