Kerch Strait ferries carried 2,785 vehicles, 10,813 passengers
On July 8, the Kerch Strait ferry line was operating normally. The LLC Marine Directorate's traffic control service reported that there were eight Ro-Ro / passenger ferries plying the Kerch Strait: POBEDA, OLYMPIADA, KRYM and PROTOPOROS IV on the Kavkaz-Krym line and GLIKOFILOUSA III, MAJOR CHAPICHEV and KERCHENSKY-2 – on the Kavkaz-Kerch Maritime Trading Port route.
Overall, the ferry line vessels have transported recently: to Port Krym: 1,881 vehicles (including 112 semi-trailer trucks) and 6,813 passengers; to Port Kavkaz: 904 vehicles (including 201 trucks) and 4000 passengers.
As of 08:00, July 8, 2015 there are different types of vehicles waiting embarkation: in Port Kavkaz: 25 passenger cars, 4 buses, 15 GAZelle vans, 35 semi-trailer trucks; at the Slavyansk-on-Kuban automobile parking lot: 150 trucks; at the terminal of Port Krym: 10 passenger cars; and at the site of "Airport": 39 trucks and 3 GAZelle vans.
