30.28% of the authorized capital of Novorossiysk Shiprepair Yard to be put on auction by Southern Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Center

The Auction House of the Russian Federation says 30.28% of the authorized capital of Novorossiysk Shiprepair Yard (NSY OJSC) will be put on auction by the Southern Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Center (SSRC, United Shipbuilding Corporation). The initial price is RUB 1,201,489,700.

The package of NSY shares held by SSRC consists of 1,885,176 ordinary uncertified shares (RUB 10 each) making 30.28% of NSY authorized capital. The auction will be held on May 24, 2016, at 10:00 (Moscow time) at Khrustalny pereulok 1, Moscow.

Amount of earnest money – RUB 110 mln.

Authorized capital of NSY makes RUB 62,265,000. It consists of 6,226,500 shares including 4,669,900 ordinary uncertified shares (RUB 10 each); 1,556,600 A-type privileged uncertified shares (RUB 10 each).

United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC OJSC) is the largest shipbuilding company in Russia. It was set up in 2007 with 100% federal ownership. The holding comprises 60 companies and organizations (major shipbuilding and shiprepairing companies as well as leading design bureaus). Currently, USC consolidates about 80% of the domestic shipbuilding complex. The Russian market is the main focus of the state corporation though it also exports its products to 20 countries worldwide.
