Maersk Line revises Star Care Reefer Service charge from South Africa to world

Maersk Line revised its Star Care Reefer Service charge, as detailed below;
 
 Effective date: 15th November 2017
 Scope: South Africa to World (Excluding United States, Taiwan, Guam, American Samoa, Colombia, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands (US), Iran, Sudan, Syria & Cuba)
 CAS: USD 1300 for all 20'/40' reefer containers
 Scope: South Africa to Iran, Sudan & Cuba
 CAS: EUR 1125 for all 20'/40' reefer containers
 Scope: South Africa to Syria
 CAS: EUR 1125 for all 20'/40' reefer containers
 
 Effective Date: 10th December 2017
 Scope: South Africa to United States, Taiwan, Guam, American Samoa, Colombia, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands (US)
 CAS: USD 1300 for all 20'/40' reefer containers
