Infrastructure development will be one of the priorities of Vladimir Putin’s new presidential term, IAA PortNews correspondent cites RF President as telling journalists during the annual news conference. 
“Economic recovery and growth is apparent today”, said Vladimir Putin adding that ‘the golden mean’ should be found to balance environment protection interests and the necessity of infrastructure development.
