State Duma Committee supports expanding Free Port of Vladivostok regime to Sovetskaya Gavan

State Duma Committee on Regional, North, and Far East Policy recommends considering in the first reading a bill on expanding the regime of Free Port of Vladivostok to the territory of the Sovetskaya Gavan district in the Khabarovsk territory, says the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East.

The draft law (No 409638-7) has been developed by the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East Федерации and submitted to the State Duma by the Government of the Russian Federation. 

“We support the concept of the draft law”, said Nikolai Kharitonov, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Regional, North, and Far East Policy.
