Statoil has awarded IKM Subsea a services contract for ROV’s on at the Johan Sverdrup platform commencing Q3 2018. IKM Subsea says the contract was won in a competition with other suppliers through an e-auction event that was performed as one of the final stages of the tendering process, the Company said.
The scope of work consists of provision of ad-hoc ROV operations to support drilling activities on the Johan Sverdrup field. The contract duration is 6 years with additional options.
