"K" Line announces changes of representative directors and executive officers

Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, Ltd. ("K" Line) reports it has decided in a board meeting held today on changes of Representative Directors and Executive Officers.

1. Change of Representative Directors
(1) Hiromichi Aoki will resign from this responsibility as of March 31, 2019.
(2) Atsuo Asano will assume this responsibility as of April 1, 2019.
2. Change of Executive Officers
(1) Retirement as of March 31, 2019

(2) New Appointment as of April 1, 2019
