The flag of Gazprom Neft Marine Bunker was raised at the vessels of the port fleet in Kaliningrad. The ceremony marked the company’s entrance to Kaliningrad market of bunkering services, Kaliningrad Sea Fishing Port FSUE reports.
“Up to the present there were no competitive bunker fuel,” the port’s Director noted. “The product provided by bunkering companies of Kaliningrad is often not stable in terms of components and more expensive, which surely leaves foreign and Russian ship owners asking questions,” Aleksandr Belko, Director of Kaliningrad Sea Fishing Port, says. The fuel is to be delivered from Omsk refinery. Kaliningrad is the third place of operation of Gazprom Neft Marine Bunker. The port of Murmansk is to become the next place.
