India, one of the members of Sakhalin-1 project will receive the first shipment of crude oil from the Sakhalin shelf, ITAR-TASS reports according to gazeta.ru. Oil was loaded at de-Kastri port to 100,000-dwt tanker Viktor Titov of Promorsk Shipping Company to be delivered to the port of Mangalor at the southern coast of India. Indian company holds 20% share in Sakhalin-1 project. Other participants of the project: American Exxon Neftegaz Ltd, Japanese consortium SODECO and Rosneft.
