Estonia to invest a billion kroons in extending Muuga Container Terminal
State owned Port of Tallinn and KMG Inseneriehituse AS have signed a contract for the extension of the Muuga Container Terminal.
Eesti Päevaleht writes that the extension will cost EEK 860 mln plus VAT.

The area under the quay will cover about 202,122 square metres and its volume will be about 1.1 million cubic metres. The contract includes about 161,100 square metres of dredging in the total volume of 575,000 cubic metres.
The works are scheduled to be completed in 18 months.
KMG Inseneriehituse AS that is a subsidiary of KMG Ehitus won the bid in cooperation with two Danish companies Per Aarsleff A/S and Rohde Nielsen A/S. Both are world’s leading specialist companies in dredging and piling works and have extensive experience in port development.
