Mr. Alexander Ryazanov has been relieved of his post of Deputy Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee due to the employment contract expiration.
Mr. Valery Golubev, previously serving as Member of the Gazprom Management Committee, Head of the Gazprom Investment & Construction Department, was named as Acting Deputy Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee.
Mr. Yaroslav Golko, previously serving as First Deputy Head of the Gazprom Investment & Construction Department, was appointed as Acting Head of the Gazprom Investment & Construction Department.
The candidacies of Mr. Valery Golubev and Mr. Yaroslav Golko will be submitted for the Gazprom Board of Directors’ approval.
