Gazprom's 9-month RAS net income up 76.6% to RUB 235.831 billion

Gazprom's net income under RAS for the 9 months of 2006 grew by 76.6% to RUB 235.831 bn from RUB 133.555 bn for the same period of last year, the Company report according to AK&M.
Gazprom's proceeds totaled RUB 1.186 trillion, which is 36.2% more than in the same period of last year - RUB 870.815 bn.
Profits from gas sales grew to RUB 952.779 bn from RUB 678.844 bn. Profits from products of oil and gas processing increased to RUB 40.843 bn from RUB 30.171 bn. Profits from sales of gas condensate rose to RUB 14.694 bn from RUB 10.04 bn.
Prime cost grew by 35% - to RUB 421.509 bn from RUB 312.052 bn.
Gross profit increased by 36.8% to RUB 764.327 bn from RUB 558.763 bn.
Business expenses rose to RUB 376.639 bn from RUB 321.408 bn.
Profit on sales grew by 64.8% to RUB 375.891 bn from RUB 228.081 bn. Pretax profit rose by 76.6% to RUB 338.883 bn from RUB 191.936 bn.
Long-term receivables increased to RUB 167.945 bn from RUB 148.477 bn. Short-term receivables grew to RUB 666.308 bn from RUB 437.558 bn.
In January-September, Gazprom's long-term liabilities narrowed to RUB 542.374 bn from RUB 704.19 bn. Short-term liabilities rose to RUB 282.176 bn from RUB 197.207 bn.
