Maersk Line opens new route from Viet Nam to US West Coast

Maersk Line Viet Nam will offer a new shipping service called Pacific Express Service that will link southern Viet Nam to the West Coast of the United States.
The new service offers the fastest and most convenient service for West-Coast bound cargo flows to the US.
The factory hub is located at Cat Lai Port in HCM City’s District 2.
Par t of the Maersk Line’s trans-Pacific service network, the shipping service offers a seamless and reliable connection via Hong Kong, and premier TP6 service with direct service to Los Angeles.
The Pacific Express Service officially begins on September 16, Peter Smidt-Nielsen, according to general director of Maersk Line Viet Nam.

"We have analysed the deployment and terminal opportunities in the country and have listened closely to our customers to provide a product that delivers best-in-class service and lead time in this fast developing and important market."
