GEFCO agreement for logistic infrastructure to boost Kaluga region economy

GEFCO Russia, OS «Corporation of Development of Kaluga region» and OC «Industrial Logistics» will co-operate to realise the plan of integration of participants of the market of logistical services of the Kaluga region into major logistical system, the GEFCO report says
According to GEFCO, participants of the agreement  will target on working out the long-term effective decisions, strategic of development of logistics infrastructure in Kaluga region, to offer local participants of the market logistics services.
GEFCO Russia and Administration of the Kaluga region have signed an agreement on intentions for cooperation in the field of logistical and transport services of the companies working in the region. The agreement was signed by the President of GEFCO Group Yves Fargues and the Governor of the Kaluga region Anatoly Artamonov. The GEFCO vice-president of the international development Christian Zbylut, the General director of the Russian branch Artur Borcovs and the head of isolated division GEFCO Russia in Kaluga Alexandre Demidoff also have taken part in the meeting.

The main objective of the present agreement is consolidation of efforts on creation of the project of material support of all enterprises participating, or planning to participate in the economic activities in the region. According to Anatoly Artamonov, the presence of the reliable logistics operator in the region will encourage investors to accomplish their projects in Kaluga.
