Liner shipping software solutions provider, Softship, have released its latest LIMA principal suite, equipped with integrated applications and enhanced features.In a statement issued by the company, Softship said: "This latest LIMA principal suite is developed with the highest quality standards, coupled with user-friendly interfaces and unique features that provide a watertight solution targeting the line's managerial needs as well as the director's demands."
The latest offering from Softship marks the fourth generation version of the LIMA product, which the company says, provides a fully seamless integrated platform for shipping companies.
The new LIMA suite of applications comprises a number of modular but fully integrated applications that have been enhanced and configured to handle complex demands and requirements of operations, commercial, equipment, legal and accounting departments, the company said.
Currently, there are more than 150 installations of the Softship system with customers spanning across all five continents. The application is being used by shipping companies in seafreight for containers, FCL, LCL, ro/ro, breakbulk and feeder operations.
