FTS indexes tariffs at 9,4% for rail freight for next year

The Russian Federal Tariff Service (FTS) has indexed prices for rail freight from January 1, 2010. The indexation will be 9,4% of existing tariffs, charges and fees, of section 2 and section 3 of the Price List № 10-01, by «Tariffs for freight and infrastructure services performed by Russia's railways", in the amount of 9,4 % of existing rates of payment for the use of cars and containers, and size reduction of existing tariffs established by "rules of application rates of payment for the use of wagons and containers, the federal railways (Tariff Guide number 2) and in the amount of 9.4% in applied rates of the fee for weighing cargo and the fee for filing and cleaning cars, established by the "Rules of application fees for additional transactions relating to the carriage of goods by the federal railways (Tariff Guide number 3).
