«Ministry of Transport and Communications activity violates partially legislation of opponent part performing anticompetitive actions as the Ministry has not met requirements of antimonopoly commitee and has prevented Nibulon enterpise to perform bottom dredging.  Therefore the decision to sue Ministry of Transport and Communications is reached, it is under consideration and will be brought to a logic end», Alexander Melnichenko has commented on the taken decision.

Let's remind that the committee has obliged Ministry of Transport and Communications to eliminate an obstacle for OJSC Nibulon to perform bottom dredging .
