Oleg Khabarov appointed First Deputy of the Department transport and communications of Krasnodar Region

Oleg Khabarov, former head of Communications and Information Technology department has been appointed first deputy of the Department of Transport and Communications of Krasnodar Region, the department press service reports. Mr. Khabarov’s deputy has been appointed Alexander Yazlovetsky, former head of the department for economics and analysis of financial and economic activity, investments and projects support.
