The Marine Cargoes and Passengers Permanent Checkpoint at the seaport of Kaliningrad (Baltiysk) meets all the requirements, the inter-departmental commission said, the state-run RosMorPort press release reads.
The check point total capacity is said to be 17 thousand passengers per year. By the end of this year at least 11 thousand people are expected to have passed through the checkpoint.
