Shareholders of Port Vanino (Khabarovsk region) re-elect nine members to the Board of Directors

The shareholders of OJSC "Vanino Commercial Sea Port" (JSC Port Busan, Khabarovsk Territory) at an extraordinary meeting on Dec. 24, 2009 re-elected 9 members to the Board of Directors. According to the society press release, Anatoly Pashchenko, Vyacheslav Gavrilov, Vladimir chamber, Eugene Bykhanov, Mikhail Romanovsky, Viktor Pavlov, Alexei Pavlov, Alexander Pochtar, Yuri Tyamushkin appointed to the new board of directors.
As of December 24, 2009, Russian government has, through the Federal Agency for Federal Property Management, 55% of shares in the authorized capital of Vanino Commercial seaport JSC, accounting for 73.33% of ordinary shares.

JSC "Port Vanino" is the largest stevedoring company in the Khabarovsk Territory. Through the Vanino port cargoes are transshipped to the north-eastern regions of Russia, Japan, South Korea, China, Australia, USA and other countries in Asia Pacific. Cargo turnover at Vanino seaport in 2008 totaled 6.621 million tons.
