"Dalenergosbyt" announced electricity cuts for the shipyards of Primorsky Territory

OJSC "Far East Energy Company ("Dalenergosbyt") introduced restrictive procedures for the shipyards of the Primorsky Territory. The shipyards are currently fulfilling government contracted orders. The announced electricity cuts were due to growing debts of the "Far Eastern center of shipbuilding and repair", the FEC said.
As of now the shipbuilding and shipyards has accumulated total debt for electricity supply at over 27 million rubles, including JSC "92 shipyard" (Vladivostok) at 14.5 million rubles, "East" - a branch of JSC "Amur shipbuilding plant" (Big Stone) at 9.4 million rubles. JSC “178th shipyard "(Vladivostok) - 3.2 million rubles.
It is reported that the restriction in electricity supply have already been introduced to "92 SRP”. The electricity cuts complete shutdown of the dockyard may cause further heat supply of nearby residential Zmeinka area. said it had filed a petition for bankruptcy of the shipyard company to the Arbitration Court of the Primorsky Territory. Court of Justice agreed to note an insolvency claim and scheduled hearing for December 28th.
As of now, Dalenergosbyt imposed electricity-cuts sanctions against "East" - a branch of JSC "Amur shipbuilding plant.
