The Federal Tariff Service (FTS) of Russia approved the marginal rates of charges for different services: loading and unloading, storage of cargoes, tugs operations at JSC "Naryan-Mar Commercial Seaport" (Nenets Autonomous District). The agency press service said the dues tariffs were approved at a level that ensures coverage of economically justified costs and obtaining regulatory returns.
